Rear enclosed garden with lawned area patio with BBQ, decked area and enclosed front garden with lawn area. Sorry, no smoking allowed. One pet welcome. Pub and shop within 0.2 miles. Note: Access to the conservatory is via the bunk bedroom. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
