There is also a shower room, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and sitting room with electric fire. Outside is ample off-road parking and a garden at the front with a patio area and furniture. Ellen's Cottage provides a wonderful base for touring a scenic region of County Donegal. The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent, Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Garden at front with patio area and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please note: Guests are provided with 20MB of internet per booking, additional top-ups will need to be purchased by guests.

Mountcharles is a village in in County Donegal, overlooking Donegal Bay. It is home to beautiful scenery with views of the Bluestack Mountains. With surfing in the bay, and sea angling on offer, as well as Donegal Castle to visit, there is no shortage of things to do. Within travelling distance is Letterkenny, while Aran Island lies further afield but is well worth the trip.
