It has two bedrooms; one double and one twin with trundle, served by a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area with woodburning stove. Benefitting from a separate snug room housing a second woodburning stove and a sofa bed. Outside has a large lawned garden and decking area with furniture and a barbecue. Roadside parking is available.
