The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking at the front of the property for two cars. A side gate leads to the enclosed court yard back garden which is private and secure with a gravelled garden at the front. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub, 0.4 miles. Railway station is a 2 minute walk. Note: There is a shed to store bicycles or golfing equipment.

Nafferton is conveniently situated in the countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds, yet only 2 miles from the market town of Driffield. It is served by four country pubs, a village shop, a post office and a fish and chip shop. The railway station there is extremely useful; only one stop to Bridlington and four to Scarborough! A short ride takes you to the east coast seaside resorts, whilst the City of York, with its famous minster, is also well worth a visit.
