Note: 20m away in the private gated front garden of the main house there is a large unfenced pond Retail Park with Morrisons Superstore, The Range & Adi Store,etc; Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, McDonalds 5 minutes walk away. Pubs Tramways about 20mins walk with the Carlton a few minutes further on. Note: There is a veterinary clinic on site. Note: Second small dog can be considered at owner's discretion, please enquire. Note: High Chair available.
