Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue, and furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 2.1 miles. For flexibility there is a camp bed that can be used on the mezzanine level.
