Sunset Seaview is a semi-detached property situated within the village of Old Colwyn. Inside, you will find three bedrooms comprising of two king-size double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Additional rooms include a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and gas fire, in additional to a conservatory which lead you out to an enclosed garden with BBQ and seating. The seaside town of Old Colwyn can be found east of the larger town of Colwyn Bay in North Wales. Within the village you will find a good selection of amenities and a wide promenade with access to three miles of sandy beaches. The area plays hosts to a number of attractions to suit all, including Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park and a number of local golf courses.
