ACCOMMODATION A superb three storey semi-detached town house.VIEWS Over rear garden from the lounge balcony.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Large open plan ground floor kitchen/dining area with superb New England 'shaker' style cherry kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Dining table and chairs and French doors out to garden and terrace.
LOUNGE On the first floor with modern steel and marble fireplace with coal-effect gas fire as the centrepiece. Comfortable sofa, chairs, TV, DVD, and CD hi-fi and double French doors open out to balcony with a lovely view over the town towards Batson Creek. BEDROOMS Four in total. Master bedroom (3rd floor) with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with Bette steel bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. shaver-point, light and heated towel rail. Second bedroom on ground floor with built in wardrobes, single bed with stacked bed beneath; double room on 1st floor with king-size bed and built in wardrobe (this is a zip and link bed which can make 2 single beds if required), and further single room built into the eaves (next to master bedroom) with 3' bed. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot, highchair and children's crockery and cutlery.
SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite bathroom a separate shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver-point and light, heated towel rail and under floor heating.
CLOAKROOM On ground floor with w.c and wash-hand basin.
OUTSIDE Pleasant rear garden and terrace with table and chairs, and a charcoal barbecue. PARKING Parking for two cars (please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted).OTHER INFORMATION The properties each enjoy the benefits of full gas fired central heating and hot water, entry telephone system. Mainly beech laminate flooring and carpet throughout. Broadband available.
