LOCATION The property is on Clarence Street just 50m or so from central Dartmouth and its array of boutiques, galleries, restaurants and tea rooms. The River Dart is just a minutes walk away offering boat trips and other water bourne activities, whilst Blackpool Sands beach is just a 5-10 minute drive away. Woodlands Theme Park and Dartmouth Golf and Country Club are just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.
ENTRANCE Directly from Clarence Street, a shared main lobby offers stairs up to the apartment entrance at first floor level
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A cosy and very comfortably furnished open plan living area with large, L-shaped leather sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV, Bluetooth sound bar, trunk coffee table and side tables with lights. The dining area comprises of a round dining table with four high back chairs. The newly fitted kitchen area (2016) has a range of attractive base and wall units with integrated dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge with ice compartment, electric oven with four ring hob, and microwave.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom comprises of a King size sleigh bed with matching bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe and dressing table, TV, and two window seats with fitted cushions. The second bedroom has a super-King size bed (that can be split on request to create two singles), bedside tables, built in wardrobe with shelving, TV and window seat. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
SHOWER ROOM A stylishly presented shower room has a large walk-in unit (with rainhead and separate hand-held showers), vanity unit with wash basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
PARKING A car parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to availability)/Dartmouth Park and Ride.
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted throughout, with wooden flooring in the kitchen area and tiling shower room. Wireless broadband internet available. Electric heating and hot water with underfloor with underfloor heating in the shower room. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
