LIVING ROOM An impressive living room has a comfortable sitting area to relax or to watch TV.
KITCHEN/UTILITY/DINING AREA For 2017 a brand new elegantly designed and very well equipped hand crafted kitchen with beautiful units.  The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a fridge freezer. The dining area - with comfortable leather covered dining chairs for ten around a substantial pine dining table - has a cathedral ceiling and views to the gallery above.
BEDROOMS There are four bedrooms, three on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor; the master bedroom has a king-size carved bed, an easterly aspect through a glazed door, the beautiful en suite shower room has a power shower, shaver point, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double pine bed and en suite shower room with shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The third bedroom has twin carved single beds. The fourth bedroom (on 1st floor) has twin pine single beds. In addition to the 4 bedrooms is a spectacular gallery with two single beds and a spacious seating area with comfortable leather chairs, TV and DVD. N.B. Up to two travel cots are available on request.
BATHROOMS On the ground floor is a magnificent family bathroom complete with whirlpool bath and hand-held shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE The property situated within the old walled garden and enjoys a peaceful location adjacent to the Keepers Cottages. A private deck area enables a leisurely breakfast or al fresco meals. A large hot tub will four to eight adults - there is also a small South-West facing deck area. Barbecue equipment is available.
PARKING For 1-2 cars
