LOUNGEFrom the entrance hallway into a very comfortable, light and sunny lounge with 2 large sofas, chairs, large wide-screen TV with integrated Freeview HD, video and DVD. A pleasant bay window overlooks the small front garden.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOMAn L-shaped room featuring good sized dining area opening out to decking through double-glazed French doors. Large pine table with chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with a 2-oven AGA (will be switched off in the summer months), 4-ring electric hob and oven, one large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
BEDROOMSFour in total. (On 1st floor) Master bedroom with 4'6" bed, drawers, storage, airing cupboard and lovely views - en suite shower room with power shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. Second, larger double bedroom with King-size, metal- framed bed, wardrobe and drawers. Small single bedroom with 3' bed. On the 2nd floor (attic conversion) a 4th bedroom suitable for children with full-size bunk beds, additional 3' single bed, TV and Playstation with games. Panoramic views. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMIn addition to the en suite, a family bathroom on the 1st floor with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin and w.c.
CLOAKROOMOn ground floor with wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDEDecking area with table and chairs. Small sunny front garden with seat. Off-road parking for one large or two small cars (garage also available by request).
GARAGEAccessible from hallway with washing machine. Full sized table tennis table set up in the garage for tenants to use (all equipment usually available).
