LOUNGE/DINING AREAAttractive lounge area with wide bay window which provides an outlook over the harbour, and has fitted bench seats. Feature stone fireplace, TV with Sky Movies, Sports and Entertainment channels, DVD player, electric fire and three-piece suite. Large dining table with six chairs.
KITCHENFully fitted kitchen with a superb range of units and appliances including electric cooker, 4-ring gas hob with cooker hood, microwave, fridge and breakfast bar.
BEDROOMSThree in total. Bedroom one with a wide picture window with bench seating and estuary views. Super King-size bed and dressing table. Full range of fitted wardrobes and TV with Sky Movies, Sports and Entertainment channels. Bedroom two has two 3' single zip beds which can be zipped together to provide a Super King-size bed, small built in wardrobe. Small dressing table with mirror. Bedroom three has 3' bunk beds, with drawers under. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.
BATHROOMSLocated on the first floor is a luxury contemporary wet/shower room with shower, w.c and hand wash basin. In addition to the shower room is a family bathroom (on the second floor) with panelled bath and shower over, wash hand-basin, shaver point and low-level w.c.
UTILITY ROOMWashing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and dishwasher. Access through door to rear terrace.
OUTSIDETo the rear of the property is a small and enclosed, private terrace with garden furniture.
PARKING*A seasonal parking permit is provided for the long-stay car park valid from 25th March to 24th September 2016 for 6 months.
OTHER INFORMATIONGas fired boiler provides hot water and central heating. Fully double gazed. Broadband is connected.Â
