VIEWS A small but pleasant view of the estuary (between houses) from the living room.
KITCHEN A fresh and brightly decorated galley kitchen with new electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Comfortable open plan room with sofas, TV, mini CD hi-fi, dining table and chairs.
SHOWER ROOM with electric shower, wash-hand basin, and W.C.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom with King size bed (from June 2016), fitted units and wardrobe. Children's room, adjacent to the kitchen, with fitted bunk beds (top bunk is approximately 6' high and may be unsuitable for younger children). N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams. To hire linen and towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk)
