APARTMENT 6 (2nd floor penthouse)
LOCATION Within a 5-10 minute level walk of Kingsbridge town centre and its array of shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. The Kingsbridge estuary is within a few metres only on the opposite side of Embankment Road, as is the popular Crabshell Inn.
VIEWS Panoramic views from the balcony and living room across the tidal estuary and to the hills and countryside beyond.
ENTRANCE From the covered parking area a lift leads up the 2nd floor and the apartment entrance.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A delightful light and sunny open-plan living space with high vaulted ceiling, presented to a very good standard and with lovely estuary and country views. The kitchen area has modern fitted units, granite effect worktops, four-ring electric hob and double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave (N.B. A washing machine and tumble dryer is housed in a cupboard adjacent to the apartment entrance). The kitchen extends into a dining area with round glass table and seating for five. The spacious sitting area has two comfortable double sofas, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Double French doors lead out to the balcony.
BEDROOMS Three in total. A very well presented double bedroom with King-size bed, flatscreen TV, bedside units, built-in-wardrobes and en suite shower room with walk-in shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a twin room with wardrobe and drawers and a further single room with 3' bed and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied - tenants require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand-basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Sunny balcony with small table and chairs.
PARKING Allocated parking underground for one car.
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted throughout with tiled flooring in both bathrooms. Gas-fired under-floor heating and hot water supplied by combination boiler. Regret no pets. Strictly no smoking. Broadband available.
