ACCOMMODATION A ground floor apartment, tastefully furnished and presented to a very high standard.
VIEWS Pleasant views over neighbouring farmland from the lounge and master bedroom.
LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A delightful open plan space with lovely views across farmland and fields. Lounge area with two cream leather sofas, TV with Sky HD, DVD and CD player/DAB radio with iPod dock. Kitchen with fitted units, granite worktop, ceramic hob, electric double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and waste disposal unit. Breakfast bar with four stools. Dining table and four chairs. Door out to spacious decking area with country views.
UTILITY AREA Cupboard in hallway houses a washer/dryer.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has a King-size oak bed, wardrobe and doors out to decking. Fully tiled en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room with shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Bedroom three has bunk beds (children only). N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suites (above) is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Spacious decking area off lounge and master bedroom with table and chairs.
PARKING For one car plus visitor bays.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly tiled flooring with carpet in bedrooms. Underfloor heating in all rooms.Strictly no smokers or pets permitted. Wireless broadband internet available. Swimming pool opens May and closes September.
